Purpose of the job:
In this role you will become part of the Global Operations Transformation team that develops new ideas and prototypes aimed at automating operational processes. You will work on building, maintaining and testing solutions for NIQ operations worldwide.
As part of the team, you will work in agile methodology delivering working prototypes
that address a particular business need and making sure that solutions are properly documented and ready for internal handover or go-live.
Cooperating within the enablement area of the GOT team, Transformation team acts as Product Owner for the output pillar ensuring that critical customer and operational requirements are translated into technology and enhanced in the platforms.

In this job you will:
- combine Nielsen process expertise and continuous improvement practices to ideate and deploy solutions that make day to day operations better
- support strategic project initiatives (RUN) to enable successful implementation and deployment to BAU
- engage with stakeholders to prove value and provide insights from tests and prototypes
Work experience:
- minimum 5 years of experience in operations
- very good background of NIQ output area and CIP components (eclipse, NRSP)
- project Management background is an asset
- participation in transitions is an asset
- past work with FoH teams is an asset
- Extensive experience working within Output Operations, working in CSC/CSA teams is an asset
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies, and cultures
- Proven problem solving
- Proficient level of CIP Factory E2E knowledge
- Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvements in specific Global processes
- Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset (challenge the status quo)
- Ability to operate in a fast changing environment
- Effective communication skills, being able to explain complex terms outside of operations (Tech/FoH teams)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
