THE ROLE


Senior Executive – Talent Management


Location: Mumbai


Experience: 3-5 yrs

Role Description


We are looking for Senior HR professional to join our team in People Practices team. We are seeking intelligent, vivacious people who have a strong interest in human resources. The position involves a range of duties within Talent management.


The role will include job including but not limited to Onboarding, Event management, Data management, Communication & collaboration.


Responsibilities


Act as the primary point of contact on Human Resources administration for employees.


Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.


Collect feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.


Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and resolving HR-related queries and issues. Proactively address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events, fostering a positive and fun work culture. Improve employee experience and engagement through different touchpoints and communication channels.


Strategizing new interventions for Employee Engagement.


Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.


Provide support in HR audits.


Drive HR processes and assigned HR projects that will deliver effective and relevant people services.


Work closely with internal stakeholders & other departments.


Recognize the needs of the project, follow up frequently to collect information. 


Requirements


Having good understanding of IT/software skills and technology trends.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good negotiation skills


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), understanding of HRMS like zoho


Tech savvy


Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Should have eye for detail, customer focused and demonstrate high level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.


Strong team player acts like an owner and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
