Key Responsibilities:


Soft Services Management:


  • Oversee all soft services including cleaning, security, reception, and mailroom operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Events Management:


  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for event requirements
  • Manage event budgets and resources effectively

Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient soft services management
  • Create long-term plans for events management aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and cost efficiencies

Team Leadership:


  • Manage and develop a team of facilities and events professionals
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Budget Management:


  • Prepare and oversee budgets for soft services and events
  • Analyze expenditures and implement cost-saving measures
  • Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management

Quality Assurance:


  • Establish and maintain high standards for all soft services and events
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits
  • Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly

Innovation and Technology:


  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Implement new technologies to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in facilities management

Stakeholder Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external partners
  • Regularly communicate with senior leadership on service performance and initiatives
  • Handle high-level client requests and escalations

Sustainability and CSR:


  • Incorporate sustainable practices in soft services and event management
  • Align facilities operations with the organization's corporate social responsibility goals

Risk Management:


  • Identify and mitigate risks related to facilities operations and events
  • Ensure business continuity plans are in place for critical soft services

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management with a focus on soft services and events
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and budget management
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Experience with facilities management software and technologies
  • Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., IFMA credentials) preferred

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise who can balance the day-to-day management of soft services with the dynamic requirements of events management in a corporate environment.
