Responsibilities:
Liaison with customers, overseas office and vendors and a high level of customer services is required.
Update and maintain information / shipment related data in computer system for preparation of documents and tracking visibility.
Ensure compliance with the standard operating processes and Customer SOPs
Sound knowledge on freight consolidation
Check and prepare all documentation to ensure details are correct and compliant as per requirements
Ensure the goods are in compliance with overseas countries requirements
Accrual of Invoices / debit note in Computer system and handover to Finance team.
Special instruction as per SOP needs to be followed.
Liase with CHB team for custom clearance related activities.
Follow up with carrier for shipment status along with vessel ETA
