Responsibilities:
- Process the shipping documents received from customer SBUs to internal Team
- Scrutiny of the documents and submission not customer
- Co-ordinate with origin to support SBU/CSR.
- Co-ordination with CHA/internal team to know the import clearance status.
- Co-ordination with Customer for Delivery instruction.
- Co-ordinate with Duty request team to have on time duty payment of import consignments.
- Ensure warehouse receives a pre-alert on scheduled delivery of import cargo
- Co-ordination with Transport division on critical shipment delivery
- License record maintain to appropriate and timely utilization.
- DSR submission to CSR/SBU on Import shipments
- MIS report preparation and powerpoint slides on performance
- Ensure to maintain NC report / Custom register
- Inter Department co-ordination for Service deliverables
- Alert Team leaders/Key Management team for business urgent/critical concern and take adequate steps to meet up SBUs service expectation.
Academic Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Well versed with MS. Excel & Power point SAP system.
- Sound knowledge on Custom clearance and Supply chain Function.
- 6-7 years of Logistics industry experience
- AI & SAP knowledge shall be added advantage.
