ResponsibilitiesCandidate is responsible for Warehouse Operations efficiently managing and coordinating the activities in the warehouse, ensuring smooth flow of goods and materials from receiving to shipping.
The role includes overseeing inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Basis of Knowledge of customs clearance for FTWZ both Air and Sea. Experience in warehouse operations (Inward, Picking, Outward and Inventory management). Clear knowledge in Transportation.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
Ensure safe storage of goods, following company protocols and safety guidelines Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these. Supervise warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and forklift operators.
Conduct training sessions for new employees in their respective departments.
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations. Ensure the SLA on time for all type of receipt and dispatches.
Planning for efficient space utilization and monitoring on daily basis Coordinate with customer or SPOC and plan the priorities of VAS and dispatch. Implement corrective actions to ensure correct handling and storage of all goods and materials. Observe the right implementation of safety measures in the storage facilities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of warehouse activities. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).Handle and process customer returns efficiently. Inspect returned items for quality and determine appropriate disposition.
Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse. To undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time.
Maintain complaint Management system to reduce the complaint and to develop pro- active actions to avoid the repentance error. Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion, and communication. Assist warehouse manager to meet performance targets.Together with warehouse manager participate in problem solving and troubleshooting process improvement process. Vendor (warehouse provider, suppliers)
