Position Summary


As an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect in our Customer Success Organization, you will play a crucial role in driving client success by leveraging Adobe's suite of technologies. You will lead the projects of innovative solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). Your expertise will help clients enhance personalized customer experiences, make data-driven decisions, and manage real-time offers. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic insight, and strong client relationship skills to deliver impactful results and foster long-term partnerships.


What you’ll do


  • Interface with Adobe customers to gather requirements, design solutions & make recommendations
  • Analyze and integrate Adobe Experience Cloud products to create tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Design and manage enterprise data structures, recommend best practices for data planning, and work with Adobe’s XDM data format.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and data insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies within RTCDP for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their digital strategies, business models, and customer goals, and implement effective data integrations.
  • Manage the implementation and configuration of Adobe Martech products, including RTCDP, Analytics, and Target.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in AJO and RTCDP to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize Adobe Experience Platform services and Journey Optimizer features.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills for querying, data transformation, and cleansing, and develop custom applications using Experience Platform APIs.
  • Design data models for marketing databases and manage multi-channel data management, segmentation, and personalization.

Requirements


  • Over 10 years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform activation.
  • Demonstrated success as an AEP Architect or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of Adobe implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Real Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
  • Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and optimizing Adobe Experience Platform services and features.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with database management (SQL/Oracle/Teradata).
  • Hands-on experience with custom application development, workflows, and integrations using Experience Platform APIs.
  • Ability to understand and work with complex data models, preferably XDM, and their relevance to marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships and aligning solutions with client business goals.
  • Experience in conducting client-facing meetings with senior leadership.
  • Certifications in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and/or Offer Decisioning Engine are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task simultaneous different customer projects
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills to interface with Sales team & lead customers to successful outcome
  • Must be self-managed, proactive and customer focused

Special Consideration given for


  • Experience & knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Experience & knowledge with Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing
  • Familiarity with other customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Tealium, Salesforce, Segment, or Treasure Data is a plus.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, Pig etc.)
  • Experience as an enterprise technical or engineer consultant
