The Amazon Benefits Employee Engagement team is dedicated to enabling Amazon's 1.5 million global employees to discover, understand, and fully leverage the comprehensive suite of benefits available to them and their families. At the core of our charter is the imperative to drive awareness, understanding, and trust in Amazon's comprehensive benefits offerings. To deliver on this mission, we're seeking a talented marketing communications professional to join the International Communications team.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of benefits communications for several APAC countries, including India, and contribute to communications initiatives across the region and globe. You will collaborate closely with benefits program owners to set annual priorities and execute strategic communications plans that provide our diverse workforce in APAC with the information they need to maximize their benefits. This includes owning end-to-end project management, development, production, publishing, and distribution of digital and print communications across internal channels. Importantly, you will navigate Amazon's internal communications ecosystem to align messaging and channel strategy, ensure consistent communications, and identify opportunities to amplify positive messages.
The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and editor with a passion for advancing health and wellness among employees, their families, and local communities. They possess curiosity for diving deep into unfamiliar or complex topics, and talent for transforming technical details into straightforward, approachable communications. They believe no detail is too small, upholding the same high standards when communicating with employees as with customers. As a collaborative problem-solver, they can make things happen in complex, dynamic, and ambiguous environments. The successful candidate will also have curiosity for experimenting with AI to scale communications across diverse geographies. They will also have experience collecting and analyzing results to influence stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.
