The Global Accounts Receivable (GAR) team is seeking a self-driven Business Analyst with a good owner’s mindset, relentless customer advocacy, and frontline obsession to build and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) tools. This role was created to provide a dedicated focus on executing core strategic AR Tools projects in support of the GAR’s vision and to drive transparency, partnership, and success through a programmatic approach. The Business Analyst will manage end to end change management processes from strategy definition, technology applications, program development, and success criteria post go-live. Good communication skills and teamwork are critical. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and have relentless commitment to the bringing customers along to the AR Tools journey.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the execution of all processes in the tool convergence lifecycle, including discovery, planning, requirements and roadmap development, onboarding and change management.
Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents that support the development on the application.
Support migration of channels from legacy tools to new tools ensuring thorough UAT and PVT.
Work with the cross-functional teams to manage prioritization, execution and monitoring of project activities
Create a change management strategy and plan to support the adoption of key changes required through change execution and transition periods.
Partner with the Service Centers and the Product Managers on key productivity metrics, analyzing data and developing strategies/proposals that impact the customer experience.
Influence business, operational and technical teams to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented.
Champion the key pillars of Program Change Management: Stakeholder management, Communications, Training, Metrics, Resistance management and Recognition practices.
Perform stakeholder management through daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly engagement across levels, businesses and service centers.
Partner with the technology teams to groom, prioritize (through business impact) and execute the application roadmap, while managing the backlog.
Ensure reliable operations of the tools to support global teams.
Partner with the reporting team to define metrics, create reporting mock-ups, write requirements, support data availability and track reporting delivery.
Identify gaps in the technology and work with the teams to drive improvements.

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
- 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
