Role – Implementation Analyst – Deposit Solutions


About the Role:


The Implementation Associate will be responsible for the installation of Bank solutions applications, related services and managing production changes along with the initial support of these applications.  Implementation and initial support will be completed by remotely installing the applications and/or walking the client through the installation remotely.  The Implementation Associate will be required to work with directly with customers and FIs to provide updates, timelines, and product training through MS-Teams for these implementations.


The Implementation Associate will provide a proficient level of support during the implementation life cycle of these products and services.  This includes documenting any issues, testing, and providing resolutions.  After successful implementation the role requires providing customer support to these clients as needed until successful turnover is completed with the appropriate support team.


Essential Job Responsibilities: 


  • Liaison with Fiserv clients, third party providers and other Fiserv Business Units to facilitate implementations.
  • Assist in determining implementation requirements and deliverables based on client needs and project scope.
  • Perform remote Fiserv application implementations.
  • Provide follow-up product support for Fiserv’s clients via telephone, email, and other Fiserv contact channels.
  • Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items and product implementation services.
  • Thoroughly track, organize, and document all product implementation and support related activities.
  • Ensure time is tracked and recorded accurately in the time tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products, services, best practices, and company standards.
  • Provide ongoing input to the continual improvement of implementation process and procedures.
  • Consistently create a positive experience for Fiserv clients and colleagues that builds strong relationships and fosters client loyalty.
  • Keep current with relevant industry trends and best practices.

  • Identify project scope to avoid any scope creep impacting the project lifecycle and rework.
  • Initiate kickoff meetings with business partners / stakeholders and share MOMs with all for transparency on project milestones.
  • Provide timely project updates related testing, core changes, job listing approvals, on different project types related to maintenance requests, X9s, deconversions, CAR (MICR line) Changes, implementing SCO etc.
  • Follow lead timings for every project phase for timely and successful completion to build client trust and satisfactions.

Required Qualifications:


  • Graduate or equivalent Degree in any stream. (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred).

Job Related Experience:


  • 2-3 years of experience in customer facing projects / client support role or project coordination / project management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the IT service industry

Working Hours (IST):


  • 17:30-02:30
  • Monday through Friday
