Summary of Position:Join our vibrant team and play a crucial role in shaping Alcon's Digital Cloud Products for ophthalmic medical devices. You'll design, manage, and improve cloud-based solutions, leading the way in automating pipelines, ensuring system resilience, and streamlining development processes. This role combines project management with hands-on technical expertise, making it perfect for someone passionate about cloud technology and its impact on healthcare. Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with the team to bring incidents, issues and requests to resolutionConduct rigorous product evaluations and testing to identify and address performance bottlenecksDevelop and implement innovative solutions to improve product functionality and reliabilityProvide technical support to internal teams (e.g., sales, customer success) regarding product capabilitiesPartner with the product development team to translate customer needs into actionable product requirementsCreating technical documentation.Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)Experience in application supportFamiliarity with Linux and Windows systemsExperience in building and deployments applicationsExceptional problem-solving and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyKnowledge of ITSM, ITIL practicesStrong communication and collaboration skillsEnglish language (min.
