Summary of Position:Sales Effectiveness & Analytics work is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:•Selecting, managing and training on sales related systems and databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: electronic territory management systems, etc.)•Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement•Assisting sales teams with sales reporting and individual account/sales territory planning•Developing territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan•May prepare & control commission incentive budgets.Key Responsibilities:Operational SupportIndirect sales management (Distributor Sales) to support sales performance statistic and sales team incentive calculation.Create and implement regular (monthly/weekly) Indirect sales C2R (Collection to Release) process, mainly including sales flow collection, validation, cleansing, consolidation, and release to relevant platform.Establish Indirect sales flow database.Work with local team to Improve the Indirect Sales accuracy and timeliness.Sales Incentive result validation.Work close with international solution team and local markets, build systemically sales incentive result validation approach across markets.Conduct regular incentive result validation per needs. Manage CommEx knowledge pool of salesforce and Pitcher, and keep it updated based on the enhancement.CommExNow support to drive operation excellence. (For English market)First line support to CommExNow ticketsSupport system usage (Pitcher, Salesforce, EA) related issue.Build system related knowledge base to well support sales team.Performs regular/Ad-hoc analysis requested from international which are not supported by existing EA report, including sales incentive payout, sales execution etc.Data + Data Quality Support upon to capacity and market requirement (if needed)Supports data cleansing and data quality improvement (In combination with relevant stakeholders) as requiredSupports data consolidation and validation of quota setting, segmentation and special incentive campaign etc.Supports segmentation refresh and analysisSupports campaign account/professionals upload in SFDC.Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:3-6 years of total experience.This role is an operational and generalist to support Country CommEx team in well-established data, process, and system.Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM ISTRelocation assistance: YesEmployment Scams: Alcon is aware of employment scams which make false use of our company name or leader’s names to defraud job seekers.
