Job Description
  1. Evaluate and assess the UW document associated with Commercial insurance applications (Marine & Non-Marine).
  2. Check and validate the insurance policies and coverages based on the established guidelines and policies.
  3. Collaborate with Onshore OPS , Underwriters, and Finance teams to find insurance solutions tailored to the policy requirement.
  4. Review and bind the insurance policy New, Endorsements, Renewals, and Cancellations in the system.
  5. Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, booked by the individual.
  6. Adhering to the internal and external quality guidelines and delivering the polices with 100% quality.
  7. Assist clients with inquiries, Policy processing, and policy changes.
  8. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication (Verbal and Written) abilities.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to property and casualty insurance.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.
  11. Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
