Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration: Managing & supporting the Salesforce instance, including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, workflow & approval rules, sharing rules, permission sets, & triggers.
User Management: Creating & managing user accounts, profiles, roles, & permissions to ensure appropriate access levels & data security.
Data Management: Ensuring data integrity through data cleansing strategies, validation rules, & data import/export procedures – performing regular data audits & backups.
Customization & Configuration: Adapting Salesforce to fit the organization’s unique workflows, processes, & data models by creating custom fields, objects, layouts, &user interfaces
Workflows & Automation: Designing & implementing automation such as flows, approval processes, & triggers to reduce manual tasks & increase efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics: Building & maintaining custom reports, dashboards, & visualizations to provide valuable insights into business performance & enable data-driven decision-making
Training & Support: Providing training, documentation, & ongoing support to users to drive adoption & effective use of Salesforce.
System Upgrades & Maintenance: Performing system upgrades, install high-priority updates, & ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems.
Integration Management: Managing & maintaining data integrations with third-party software used across the business.
Project Management: Leading & managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery & alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with business partners across Sales, Marketing, Operations, & other departments to define & manage project scoping, define requirements, & prioritize activities.
Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification or 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration including setup, configuration, & management of Salesforce systems.
Advanced experience in Salesforce report creation & analytics.
Proficiency in designing, building, implementing, & testing Salesforce Flows.
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices & ability to implement them effectively.
Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and/or CPQ Clouds.
