Job Description:


Essential Job Functions


  • Recommends specific product configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.
  • Configures, implements, and provides complex product support activities to meet client needs.
  • Performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis to provide appropriate software solutions.
  • Designs and develops ABAP programs to meet client business needs.
  • Provides input for documentation of new or existing programs to ensure information accessibility, as required.
  • Participates in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and analyzing software programs that operate with hardware systems.
  • Provides feedback and reports to management on the status and availability of software and hardware to ensure proper functioning.
  • Works with customer(s) to provide hands-on first level support.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on product systems, processes, BW architecture and interface capabilities.
  • Participates in acceptance testing, coordinates product implementation.
  • Identifies issues and solidifies plans for using them to meet business needs. Assists in preparing requirements, evaluating requirements with impact and/or gap analysis and proposing solutions.
  • Ensure that the technical solution addresses the business concern.
  • Addresses product requirements, usability, change requests and defines future functionality to end users and stakeholder groups to increase understanding of existing solution & new requirements.

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
  • Five or more years of experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration
  • Business Warehouse (BW) Experience – Must
  • ABAP Development Experience to work in BW independently -Must.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills, confident to discuss the requirement with the customer independently and be able to design the solution – Must.
  • Good Experience in quality assurance testing = Must
  • Experience in Upgrade and/or migration – Nice to have.
  • BPC Experience – Nice to have.
