Job Description:Should have minimum years of experience as mentioned in the skillset given below.·         Should have basic knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes·         24*7 Service desk experience·         Should have good knowledge of Basic Computer Operation and Common Software like MS Office.·         Should be able to assess data, identifying gaps, trends and inaccuracies·         Should have knowledge of incident management processes and practices·         Should have minimum 1 year of experience in profile mentioned IT infra management.·         Should have IT related certificationsShould have minimum years of experience as mentioned in the skillset given below.·         Should have excellent working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.·         24*7 Service desk experience·         Should have good knowledge of Basic Computer Operation and Common Software like MS Office.·         Should have worked in an IT infra management for at least 2 years·         Should have worked in SLA based delivery model.·         Should be able to possess strong problem solving analytical and time management skills·         Should have knowledge of Incident management processes and practices.·         Must be adept at finding solutions to problems and trailing different ways to find a resolutionPreference will be given to candidate having Should have work experience in Large Scale Organization in similar profile and having IT related certifications.Minimum Qualification CriteriaGraduate in Engineering preferably in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ ECE or BCA/MCA or 3 year Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ ECE or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or any graduate/postgraduate or equivalent from university / institute recognized by the Govt. of India or its regulatory bodyMinimum Total Experience (in Years)"5 - for Graduate in Engineering/ MCA or equivalent8 - for Others"Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
