PP (Mid-Level)
XX years’ SAP experience both in discreate ,Repetitive Manufacturing
Understand the functional requirements of Production Process
- Configure entire logistic of Process Order & Production Order
- Must have Knowledge in PP - CO, Product costing
- BOM Management
- Batch Management
- Order Type dependent parameters
- Scheduling Parameters
- Good Knowledge on different manufacturing process such as Discrete/Process/ Repetitive
- Good Knowledge in PP Master Data
- Hands on experience in preparing Functional Specification Documents on RICEWF Objects
- Business Process Integration Knowledge with PP,PM, QM,MM, WM,SD, FI,CO Modules
- Sound Knowledge of integration / UAT scenarios
- Good Knowledge in preparation on User Manual & User Training
- Hands on experience on implementation & support projects

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PPQM.
· Experience on PP Mater data and concepts – MRP, Fore casting, SOP, LTP & Demand management.
· Experience on PP-PI/Discrete/REM Process (PI Sheet, MES, Kanban).
· Knowledge on Batch management, IDocs, Batch jobs, Interfaces, LSMW and queries.
· Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product and Modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
· Design, customize, configure and testing of PP.
· Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
· Experience to identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements and Functional specifications.
· Experience on QM concepts – Mater data, Inspection plans, MIC’s, QM Notifications.
· Experience on Inspection types, sample management, DMR and Physical samples.
· Knowledge on Batch management, IDoc, Batch jobs, Interfaces and LSMW and queries.
