Job Description:Essential Job Functions:• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.• Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.• Generate and present detailed reports on operational performance.• Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking.• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.• Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning.• Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of operations.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement• Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus• Relevant certifications such as Sales Analyst Professional (SAP) is a plusRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
