Technical skill & Expertise
·A Masters / Bachelors graduate in areas of Power electronics, power generation, power systems, power distribution, renewables or similar domain. Good knowledge in renewables & market trends
·5+ years of experience in engineering & commissioning exposure. Familiar to industrial control systems & safety products. Exposed to high voltage (>1000V) electrical engineering.
·Engineering experience in areas of large Energy storage systems (BESS) / large capacity UPS
·Experienced in handling multi-disciplinary systems development, a mix of power electronics, power production, power distribution, power storage, controls, safety, electronic hardware, software & logic components.
·Ability to define System & sub-system requirements, map these requirements to released products, come up with gaps and mitigations.
·Hands-on expertise in using tools for reading schematics, SLDs, wiring diagrams. Experience in handling lab equipment & tools. Exposed to cell technologies and Energy transition trends.
·Ability to support program management function for planning & execution. Interact with cross-functional teams like Sourcing, Factory, Quality teams and other Wall-to-Wall functions.
·Able to understand product Certification requirements, engaging with agencies, creating test plans, validating & executing them during witness testing. Factory acceptance tests.
·Good knowledge in renewables & market trends
·Ability to learn new technical areas.
