Sr Advanced Embedded Engr

Develop firmware for a variety of embedded products. You will create project and technical reports as required and help define product architecture as needed. You will participate in schematic/layout review process and test and evaluate prototypes from initial engineering samples to mass production. You will help maintain firmware servers and develop tools for internal use, including scripts and basic hardware interfaces. Aid in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of Honeywell's customers.

• Development of embedded software, understand design, implementation, bug-fixing, documentation and validation.
• Good experience in designing electronics circuits with sensors, signal conditioning, instrumentation, wireless communication (examples BLE, WiFi, LoRA-WAN) communication interfaces, analog and digital electronics design.
• Hands-on knowledge of sensors and instrumentation
• Sound knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics design
• Good knowledge about various serial communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, RS485, USB, CAN
• Hands-on experience on EMI/EMC & best practices in the design & exposure to certification of products
• Follow well defined software development process for coding & design documentation
• Develop and test well-structured source code
• Troubleshooting and fix all related issues on new development product

Skills : 

• Embedded Firmware(ARM Cortex), Design, Driver’s, Microcontroller, RTOS, Cellular Tech, Programming in C, C++, Hands on IAR & Visual Studio

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

• Familiarity with computer languages, C/C++
• Experience working in embedded software architectures
• Solid communication and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of wireless technology
• Some experience working on embedded software development.
