If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description:Shift – FlexibleJob Title – Sr Administrative Assistant(FIXED TERM CONTRACT)Job Summary:This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources, handling small scale projects, and analysis using various software packages.He/She may direct the work of others and provide instruction and guidance to less experienced employees. This position performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, distributing mail, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. He/She may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.Job DutiesPrepare Error Analysis (Pareto) and conduct error analysis review with the teamIdentify training areas and coordinate with the Supervisor for the necessary trainingsUnderstand the changes / updates from Country/CIM/PI Team and communicate the same to the team membersTo comply with UPS policies, Data security, and SOX compliance related policiesMonitor workflow to plan work schedule as per the SLA requirement and the volume.Measure and improve quality of the process by implementing process improvement plans and lean projects on a periodic basisMeasure and review performance and Quality and provide appropriate feedback to Supervisor for further analysis or actions.To conduct weekly refresher on topics identified during quality feedbacks / PKTs etc.Queries InvestigationAd hoc billing requests or projects from Country / CIM / OTCFollow up with respective stake holders / AE’s for getting the deliverablesAny other tasks or duties assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager as per the process requirementSkills NecessaryStrong in depth Europe and EDS-CBS billing knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem solving skillsMust possess advanced reasoning and research skillsDecision making skillsMust be customer focusedNeed to comprehend and cater to respective email requests accordinglyEye for detail and must meet stiff deadlinesHave an excellent attendance track recordSelf-drivenInfluence and persuasion skillsStrong customer orientation to understand customer services issuesKnowledge of MS OfficeEmployee Type: Seasonal (Seasonal)UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
