Sr. Accounts Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting processes, including purchase and sales entries, TDS return filing, and working with ERP systems.

1. Financial Entries:
   

   
   
   • Record and manage all purchase, sales, bank, and voucher entries in the company’s ERP system.
     

2. Compliance and Returns:
   

   
   
   • Prepare and file TDS returns in a timely and accurate manner.
     
   • Ensure adherence to all applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
     

3. Financial Reporting:
   

   
   
   • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
     
   • Reconcile bank statements and maintain updated ledger accounts.
     

4. ERP Management:
   

   
   
   • Operate and manage entries in the company’s custom ERP system.
     
   • Ensure data integrity and timely updates in the accounting software.
     

5. Audit Support:
   

   
   
   • Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with their requirements.
     

6. General Accounting Tasks:
   

   
   
   • Assist in inventory management and vendor payment processes.
     
   • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for future references.
     

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  
• Experience: 1-3 years in accounting or a related field.
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  
  • Proficiency in handling purchase, sales, and bank entries.
    
  • Expertise in TDS return filing and understanding of tax regulations.
    
  • Familiarity with ERP accounting software (experience with custom ERP is a plus).
    
• Soft Skills:
  
  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (non-negotiable).
