1.Lead, guide, and develop a team of analysts.
2.Review the abstraction and digitization of Prime Vendor Agreements (PVAs) to support pricing tool data / input.
3.Ability to assist in processing Health Systems (HS) contracts, Community Retail & Long-Term Care (CRLTC) PVAs, and other contracts across the organization.
4.Ensure the analysts are collecting, reviewing, and digitizing contracts per the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5.Collaborate with various functional teams regarding data interpretation and entry
6.Leverage the current abstraction methodology and format for determining terms, conditions, fields, and grids for digitization.
7.Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Contract Digitization to achieve department and company goals and objectives in an accurate and timely manner.
8.Report team operations and performance to US-based executives / management team.
9.Evaluate business processes and system design to recommend changes that will reduce costs and improve effectiveness / efficiency of the contract digitization processes.
10.Work with Management to ensure team structures and responsibilities align with organization objectives to secure appropriate escalation and responsiveness of team member service level requirements.
11.Share data with onshore and offshore resources aligned with the core project team.
12.Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.
13.Communicate across workstreams.
14. Assist and support department managers in preparing for meetings.
15. Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations.
16.Any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
include: Commerce, Economics, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Social
Sciences, etc)
• 3-4+ year(s) working experience / 1+ year of management experience
• Proficiency in the English language
• Ability to work partial US time zone shift (4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Attention to detail, able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Adaptable to change, adapt to positive business environment changes
• Able to professionally support management decisions and accurately follow through on
directives
• Ability to make sound judgments and initiatives and communicate them effectively

• Experience working with a team in multiple locations (including shared services) is
preferred
