Come join the global Ingredients leader where science and creativity meet to create essential solutions for a better world!Your FocusAs Specialist, Regulatory Business Operations, you will be responsible for providing support to our regulatory and commercial colleagues to ensure a timely and accurate experience in regulatory and customer document delivery. You will work with the global regulatory and quality teams to ensure that regulatory systems and databases are managed and updated to efficiently service our customers.The role is Chennai, India based and will report to Director, RBO Team Leader.How You Will ContributeAutomation of internal and customer product information templates.Support development and testing activities of various regulatory systems.Provide operational system support to (internal) customers in collaboration with other departments.Other regulatory support activities as needed, e.g., regulatory dossier completion, master data maintenance, etc.Work closely with systems and knowledge management experts and specialized subject areas to implement and maintain GRA knowledge management & documentation systems and processes to meet internal & external global business and country regulatory needs & requirements.Provide tactical support to GRA productivity-focused initiatives, including partnering with other functions outside of GRA as appropriate.Job RequirementsWhat you will need to be successfulEssential Skills and ExperienceDegree of Equivalent Bachelors’ degree in an IT related study or in a Life Sciences related study (e.g. Chemistry) with programming/data modelling skills.At least 5 years of work experience in Biotech, Life or Chemical Sciences or Regulatory Affairs.Good working knowledge in IT platforms such as SAP and basic knowledge in programming (Visual Basic).Analytical mindset with attention to detail and skillset/aptitude to effectively manage and manipulate datasets. Understanding of automation systems and databases.Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines.Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously.Well versed with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.Preferred Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Quadient Inspire Designer and RedPoint Data Management software or similar software.Knowledge management and/or document management certification(s) (e.g., Certified Knowledge Practitioner/CKP, Certified Knowledge Manager/CKM).We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
