- Configures the Digital platform to meet client requirements.
- Builds integrations.
- Directs and informs data conversion mappings and resolves exceptions.
- Directs and informs data conversion analysis, design, testing, control balancing, and data cleanup.
- Tests configuration and workflows against converted data to ensure data properly supports the configuration / workflows.
- Designs and builds reports and dashboards to transform data into meaningful insights.
- Performs unit testing of assigned deliverables.
- Plans and leads working sessions, both internal and external.
- Teaches other project team members to ensure productivity and quality.
- Identifies potential scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Manager.
- Leverages standard configuration where possible and follows established best practices and industry standards when designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions.
- Identifies potential expanded opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing.
- Records hours worked in accordance with time entry policy.
- Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
- Assists with the training and onboarding of new colleagues.
