What can you expect?

The candidate in this role will be responsible for configuration and testing during different stages of implementation on the our platform. Candidate will be responsible for the completion of all process, procedure, and training related tasks, which form a part of an implementation.

• Candidate in this role will be responsible for system configuration, testing and review
• Ensures complete and thorough peer review
• Able to guide team on process queries
• Ensure workflow usage, implement and drive process improvements
• Participate in process / domain training / info shares
• Meet or exceed all the SLAs for delivered assignments
• Follow all the standard procedures of the process
• Ability to creatively find workarounds and good problem solving capability
• Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
• Keeping process documents updated.
• Learn and understand business specific domain
• Mentoring and coaching team members on technical aspects

What you need to have: 

• Should be B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA with experience ranging between 3 to 6 years
• Good Health/Wealth domain knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of standard configuration on MM365 and MM365+ /Darwin platform. Experience in BW is preferred
• Good understanding of implementation process and process model.
• Understanding of test management and defect management tools preferred.
• Understanding of Testing Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle.
• Fair understanding of SQL
• Knowledge of creating Test Cases
• ISTQB certification (preferred)
• Analytical, independent, inquisitive, detail oriented and takes initiative.
• Clear and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interaction with others and time management skills
