Job Description:

• Revenue Reconciliation with Billing Register
• Managing billing team and ensuring all billing deliverables are met on time
• Working with IT and Overseas team on billing related requirements
• Duty Sub Ledger Reconciliation
• Monitoring night COD billing and ensuring daily dispatch on time
• Working with Operations, Brokerage & IE team for system/billing related requirement
• Follow up with overseas teams on interco transactions
• GST Compliance on Billing and Supporting Statutory Audit

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field - Preferred
• Experience with auditing - Preferred
• Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel and Access)
