Professional Development: Attend design-related pieces of training and workshops to gain new skills and industry insights. Regularly research design trends and techniques, and share this knowledge with the team.

User-Centred Design: Understand the client’s needs and preferences, and create designs that are intuitive, user-friendly, and provide an excellent user experience.
Effective team player: Collaborates with manager/team lead/co-workers for project timelines, workload sharing and team deliverables.
Maintain Workfront dashboard and tracker to update on time.
Responsible for the performance of the team and facilitating the development of their skills.
Responsible for the efficient allocation of projects and ensuring that they are completed within the specified timelines.
Growth
Training: Attend training sessions on using the design toolkit, design checklist, and design media repository to become proficient in using the tools. Learn the key features, shortcuts, and capabilities of the tools to create designs more efficiently.
Expected average 10% efficiency on project delivery or accommodate 5%+ volume implementing the above on projects
Training (PPT specialists): Attend training sessions on the Efficient Elements PPT toolbar to become proficient in using the software. Learn the key features, shortcuts, and capabilities of the tool to create presentations efficiently.

Excellent understanding of JLL brand guidelines. (Brand training and keeping yourself Up-to-Date with brand updates and implementing the same on projects)

Client
Design Checklist: Use the design checklist to ensure that all design projects meet the necessary quality standards. Include criteria such as brand, formatting, client instructions, and content accuracy to ensure that all designs are of high quality.

Art Director Guidance: Work closely with the team lead or manager to ensure that all design projects are in line with the JLL/client brand guidelines and creative vision. Seek guidance and feedback from art directors if you work on Type2 or Type3 projects to ensure that all designs meet the client's expectations.
Expected to work on 30% of Type 2 and Type 3 projects
Work closely with the requestors to ensure that all design projects meet their expectations on client service
and design output.
