Execute Braze campaigns and automation efforts for the email channel on the Prelum business (top of funnel, in-funnel, alumni and triggered/transactional communications) with a constant focus on optimization to achieve key engagement goals such as open rates, clickthrough rate/CTOR,  and enrollment conversion.


Primary/Key Responsibilities


  • Execute email marketing communications deployments (single sends and journeys) through the Braze email platform to ensure deliverability and deliver on program goals.


  • Build and code emails, including personalization and dynamic content.


  • Under supervisor direction, create and build communication journeys that improve customer experience and engagement across all aspects of the student/customer lifecycle.


  • Meet with marketing stakeholders to understand objectives and provide recommendations and collaborate throughout the process of campaign planning, testing, and design, to reporting and measuring success through detailed data analysis.


  • Execute list segmentation and ensure data extracts for email deployments are accurate.


  • Test and QA all email deployments prior to launch.


  • Improve performance through testing subject lines, content and other qualitative driven testing methods.


  • Support the segmentation strategy, cadence, sequencing, and dynamic content rules/Braze liquid logic for all email.


  • Analyze results and provide insight and data-driven recommendations that continuously improve results to grow the business.


  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office


  • 30-day notification period preferred


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree; focus in Marketing, Communications or Technology preferred


  • 2 years CRM/Lifecycle marketing experience that includes creating and managing personalized, dynamic email campaigns with enterprise tools


  • Skilled in use of enterprise CRM and email platforms, e.g. Braze (most preferred), Marketing Cloud (preferred), Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, IBM Watson.


  • Ability to consistently execute effective email marketing campaigns with the highest possible level of accuracy and precision. Fanatical when it comes to detail.


  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently and adapt plans when business priorities change.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with U.S.-based marketing stakeholders and both India- and U.S.-based management.


  • Good analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to analyze data sets and make data-driven recommendations to produce measurable results.


Preferred Qualifications


  • HTML skills and email design principles to code and edit email designs as needed.


  • Experience working in Braze marketing platform.


  • SQL/Ampscript skills to segment data and personalize campaigns.


  • Self-starter who takes initiative and suggests new ideas and continuously learns
