YOUR ROLE 

• Plan events and enrich the demand plan also lead Demand Review meetings for the respective region.
• Act a key counterpart for sales and marketing for all demand influencing projects and parameters and incorporate them in the demand plan, e.g. information on competition gaining market share, increasing market growth, advertisement and promotions, etc.
• Maintain product lifecycle in APO DP and secure a correct demand plan for these items.
• Work in close collaboration with sales managers, KAMs, BDMs, PLMs and marketing on business activities impacting the demand such as promotions/activations, tenders, new product introductions, product phase out, projects, wins/losses, price changes or market changes.
• Secure proper preparation and steering of Demand Review (DR) meetings on region level.
• Ensure alignment with local DR participants such as finance/controlling, marketing and sales managers and input providers of local DR meetings prepare meeting topics on time and in good quality.
• Influence organization to go to the next level of S&OP process e.g. assist the implementation of integrated business planning, support the determination of a high-quality RFC, secure the demand plan sign-off.
• Continuously improve the business planning process in line with the global planning operating model.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in demand planning or related area.
• Proficiency in Excel Advanced.
• Cross-functional understanding of supply chain planning, sales, product management and marketing.
• Good Communication skills.
• Qualification -MBA operation ( CSCP & equivalent certifications preferred)
