Software Requirements:
Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support for various software development projects
- Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and platforms
- Develop and implement technical strategies for software development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure all software development projects are in compliance with industry standards and best practices
Skills:
- Strong acumen in Microsoft D365 development and integration
- Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile iterative delivery practices
- Programming skills in all of the following: X++, C#, T-SQL, PowerShell, XML, and JSON
- Knowledge of best practices for IT Operations in an always-up, always-available service
- Ability to build consensus amongst your peers around driving direction
- Self-driving, with strong organizational skills
- Proven influence, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Patience to teach others, but persistent enough to keep progress moving quickly.
- Strong instincts and methodologies for troubleshooting, identifying root cause and responding to solutions for a wide range of technologies
- Strong understanding of IT Security and related methodologies
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Assertive, motivated and willing to take initiative to fix problems
- Well versed in Azure infrastructure deployment and management
- Experience with helping teams absorb new ideas and change
Experience:
- 7-9 years of experience in software development and technology consulting
- Proven track record of delivering successful software development projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance
- Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and platforms
- Develop and implement technical strategies for software development projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is a plus
