About the Role:
Ensuring global consistency in accounting process and practices where possible.
What You'll Do:
Day to day accounting for AccountsPayable(T&E).
Verify, Audit,and approve Employeereimbursements.
Manages accounting functions related to the P2P process.
Complete ownership of accounting and reconciliations; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
Implements and maintains systems,procedures,and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
Maintaincomplete documentationaccurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accountingpractices.
Ensure to use your expertise in handling critical / Ad hoc activities and support team on any process queries
Preparemonthly and quarterly reporting, as requirement.
Ad hoc projects, as deemednecessary.
What You'll Need:
10+Years of Experience in Accounting& managing month end.
Commerce graduate / MBA Finance
Strong understanding about P2P process and related accounting knowledge
Strong understanding about Travel&Expense,Corporate Credit Card processand applications
Strong understanding in Policy guidelines and creating process documentation
Working under SOX environment ispreferable.
Experience in preparing process flows, Data Dashboards and presentation for business.
Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge and practise in Journal entry postings and re-classing entries
Experience in Month end reconciliations and accruals
Excellent communication skillsarea must with a good command over written and spoken English.
Understanding ofERP. NetSuite experience is preferred.
Experience with a “Shared Resource Centre” will be a big plus.
