We are looking for a Solutions Analysts to join our Operational Enablement team at Clarivate. The mission of the Operational Enablement team is to support our Operations team in the identifying process improvement opportunities, and in the implementation of impactful solutions.
About You (Skills & Experience Required)
Bachelor’s degree or master's degree.
Atleast 3Years of Relevant Experience, ideally having driven a Data Transformation Mapping Project
Experience in Business requirement processing and documentation: Epics / User Stories creation, story points for JIRA, Test Cases creation
Knowledge of Agile Model / Scrum methodology and API micro services.

What will you be doing in this role?
To implement technology-based editorial business solutions, youwill collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business products, processes and systems.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Proactively managing their project area through the development lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, implementation, training, transition and maintenance.
Build a thorough understanding of the business to enable identification of innovative business solutions and translate these into business process and systems analysis.
Create business solutions that focus on increasing productivity, data accuracy, automation and efficiency, while reducing data redundancy and operational costs.
Co-ordinate the scheduling to gather business requirements and / or to work on the next stage of the requirements.
Work in a structured and clear way, such that change management and communication of change is done in a systematic way for projects (using Clarivate tools, JIRA, Confluence) as initial requirements may evolve during the lifecycle of the project.
Responsible for generating systems documentation for operational support and end user information.
About the Team
Both the Operational Enablement, and Solutions Analyst team are global in nature and geographically dispersed.
The location of this position is India, where the majority of the Solutions Analysts for this program are based.
Hours of Work
As a member of a global team, the expectation is that some flexibility in working hours may be needed. Some of the project and team meetings may be needed outside of normal office hours to connect with colleagues in the USA, however where possible this will be kept to a minimum.
