Who we are looking for

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Solution Program Lead, Assistant Vice President to play a key role in supporting and driving the development and deployment of solutions that improve organizational efficiency and meet strategic goals. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of program implementation, including requirement gathering, process design, and solution delivery. The AVP Solution Program Lead will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure solutions align with objectives and operational needs.

What you will be responsible for

• Work with stakeholders to define and document program objectives, scope, and requirements.
• Facilitate process mapping and documentation, identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various teams to support solution implementation, ensuring alignment with processes and requirements.
• Oversee the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet operational standards and user expectations.
• Track and report on program performance, identifying risks and potential improvements.
• Maintain detailed program documentation, including process flows and lessons learned.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science or a related field.
• 14+ years of overall experience in Industry
• 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or solution implementation within a large organization.
