How will you spend your time as our next Solution Leader?


Asa Solution Leader you work closely with theLicense Sales teams, Customer Success and Professional Servicescounterparts,Customersand Partners to ensure the overall success of the sale and implementation of Qliksolutions. You are expected to significantly contribute to the overall success of the customer relationship.


You will leverage the Qlik sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. You will be leading the Sales process for our Consulting Services team. In this role you will effectively present and scope Qlik Consulting Implementation offerings and capabilities, to new prospects and existing customers. You will be responsible for managing the Services Sales lifecycle from proposal through final signature of SOW.


We are looking for a self-motivated team player who excels at cultivating strategic relationships while developing new business. The right candidate will have strong business acumen and a successful track record of selling to C–level executives, including the ability to translate client needs into appropriate Qlik solutions. Strong sales experience in software & services environment with a proven track record of success is a must.


  • Creating Consulting opportunities, managing pursuits and closing deals.
  • Successfully achieving or over-achieving quotas to generate Consulting Services sales.
  • Qualifying and developing value-add propositions for Enterprise clients and prospects.
  • Manage the customer relationship(s) from initial discussions to close of deal.
  • Develop a strong revenue backlog, account planning, account development and lead generation
  • Present implementation offerings to existing customers and new prospects
  • Forecasting for future accounts and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the Consulting Director for resource planning to ensure successful knowledge transfer and onboarding of new customers
  • Updates CRM tools (Salesforce) with documentation from the sales cycle
  • Maintain and creates new tools and templates for usage in working with new prospects, such as service offerings and SOW templates

You will thrive if youhave the following


  • Bachelor equivalent mandatory
  • Master and/or MBA equivalent advantageous
  • Overall, 7-10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum specific relevant 5 years of sales or Professional Services functional experience, ideally at least 5 years of experience in aConsultingservices role, and at least 3 years as a sales contributor.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Industry required (Cloud BI Software industry experience preferred)
  • Goal orientation and a track record in working withEnterprise accounts for delivery and growth
  • Expert presentation and communication skills are a must
  • Excellent organizational, time management,and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Qlik implementation or competitor deployment experience is a plus
