Solution Architect: Oracle Cloud HCM

Introduction
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Should be specialized in playing the role of an HCM architect connecting various business processes and requirements across the project bringing in leading practices and operational efficiencies throughout an engagement.
Work as an solution architect for large transformation, understand end to end business requirement , provide architecture , process optimization.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Overall industry experience of 15+ years
• Extensive experience in functional and technical areas in Oracle HCM applications.
• Completed at least 4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects
• Must have knowledge in integration architecture, able to drive complex conversion, having knowledge in SSO and other technical areas like workflow, personalization etc
• Work as an solution architect for large transformation, understand end to end business requirement , provide architecture , process optimization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Cloud Certification is mandatory.
• Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects.
• Hands-on experience in three of the following modules Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Time and Labour or Payroll and Talent Management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good functional (process) knowledge in the above area(s) of work.
• Must have knowledge in integration architecture, able to drive complex conversion.
• Having knowledge in SSO and other technical areas like workflow, personalization etc.
