Job Summary:


The Solution Architect position is a unique opportunity for professional growth, as you will be responsible for solution design and governance of the manufacturing operations management business processes. As an Apriso Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize Apriso manufacturing operations management solutions for our global manufacturing plants. You will be extensively involved in business process mapping, assist in problem definition, and propose /create solutions. You will also play an essential role in strategic initiatives to establish and implement our MOM Apriso application’s roadmap. This position is a global role within the Enterprise Applications team. The candidate will work across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, and APAC) to design and implement a single business solution/system utilizing the Apriso application. The candidate must have extensive experience in the global large-scale MOM Apriso implementation.


Job Responsibilities:


  • As a Solution Architect, you will provide strategic direction and vision to the Enterprise Application team for solution design, configuration, and development standards, including best practices with Apriso and its associated technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership to monitor, track, and review the delivery of solutions to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. Develop comprehensive solution designs and architectures based on client needs, utilizing Apriso software and other relevant tools.
  • Lead the implementation of Apriso MOM solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems. Ensure end-to-end solution integrity, including integration of Oracle ERP, PLM systems, and 3rd party software.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process, including solution design, development, testing, and go-live activities. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate business users on Apriso solution functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaboration is crucial in this role to deliver high-quality solutions; you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
  • Conduct system performance and capacity assessments to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Stay current with the latest Apriso product releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies in manufacturing operations management.
  • Act as a technical advisor to regional businesses, offering insights and recommendations on maximizing the value and effectiveness of Apriso solutions. Lead and support initiatives to minimize cost, accelerate delivery, and endure high-quality value-added functionality by leveraging the standard features and functions of the Apriso application.
  • Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality, and data standards. Vet all Change Requests with the Solutions Design teams before and during Change Review Board sessions.
  • Facilitate key stakeholders’ alignment and engagement for the program, holding stakeholders accountable for delivering against their commitment.

Qualification:


  • Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management is required for this crucial role. Our team will highly value and respect your expertise.

Key Competencies:


  • Minimum 5 years of implementation experience with the Apriso application, including designing and implementing Apriso MOM solutions, process flows, product definitions, data collection, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Apriso FlexNet platform and modules, including Process Builder, Dispatching, Global Process Manager, Performance Management, and Quality Management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations processes, such as production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Proven expertise in integrating and implementing Apriso with other enterprise systems, such as Oracle R12 ERP, MES, and PLM.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and technologies, including C#, Java, SQL, and web services.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous functional & technical issues.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, presenting, and listening skills required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as required. Travel up to 35% of the time.
