Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interface with Local Market stakeholders to review demand & design tailored solution
• Interface with Group internal stakeholders to drive the development. 
• Contribute/review HLD and LLD from design perspective and work closely with Lead Developer
• Interprets business requirements and translate them into solution design in line
• Being accountable for all releases , development timeframes, and the  reliability and performance of the solution (KPIs & Performance measures)
• Coach development team towards best of breed solution implementations
• Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the solution design document

Must Have knowledge & skill

• Understanding of Router/Gateway/Wifi Extender Architecture and Technologies
• Strong experience on networking concepts, Linux programming and C/C++ programming experience amongst others 
• Familiar with development activities using Open source router stack such as RDK-B, OpenWRT and Prpl.
• Strong experience on different access technologies such as WANOE, Docsis, GPON, xDSL, FWA etc..
• Proven working experience in design, implementation, test, deployment of Services using LXC/Dobby (or Self-Contained-Services). Proven working experience in designing large distributed & scalable solutions 
• Very good working experience in design, implementation, test of different features of router/gateway.
• Familiar with Message Bus Architectures such as Dbus, Rbus and Ubus. 
• Knowledge of designing and integration of services on CPE to communicate with cloud backend.
• Working experience with continues integration and test-driven development
• Familiar with design pattern and architecture best practices on CPE and related backend development
• Team player that can supervise a cross functional agile team
• Ability to analyse commercial requirements and put them into a technical concept
• Knowledge of different architecture patterns
• Proven problem solving and innovation ability
• Knowledge of web-based and service-based architecture on CPE development
• Excellent Communication Skills 
• Excellent communication skills (in an international distributed team) and capacity to learn and work independently
