Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:
Architect
What can you expect?
- Review and Govern the architecture of ASP.NET based web frontend applications.
- Strong ASP.NET development experience.
- Must have developed complex ASP.NET based web frontend
- Must have PostGres database experience, ability to design tables and schema’s based on business logic, ability to create reports and run stored procedures.
- Works closely with tech lead, group architects, design and document solution high/low level design.
- Adhere to solution architecture and ensure compliant implementation.
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and obtain broader buy-in across global stakeholders
- Ensure technical implementation complies with agreed requirements and technical design is capable to accommodate future requirements.
- Organize and conduct project cadence and forums like Working group meetings, Daily Stand-Up.
- Track project progress across the SDLC and report the project progress to the relevant stakeholders
- Work using Agile methodology
- Project team which candidate will join is part of a larger team. This sub team is a new one, which should have 4-5 members having around 6 years of average experience.
- Working experience using Agile/Scrum practices

What you need to have:
- Minimum 10+ years of IT development experience and 5-6 years of experience in a architect capacity.
- BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
- Strong knowledge of ASP.Net, PostGres

- You have understanding of CI / CD process
- Knowledge on Scrum, ability to breakdown a user story for team
- Experience with various tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, Git / Bitbucket
