Software Technologist - Test

You are responsible for  

• Analyze requirements, Design Test Scenarios, Create Test cases and Manage Test Data.
• Review test cases, Execute test cases, identify defects and triage defects
• Establish traceability and test coverage
• Design, develop and maintain test automation scripts using standard and custom tools
• Responsible for functional and non-functional testing on desktop, mobile and cloud platforms

Role Competency:

• 4 to 10 years of manual & automation testing experience in Java & Selenium
• Expertise in Java, Selenium, Selenium Grid
• Strong in SQL and exposure to Oracle, SQL or other DBs
• Experience in Manual Testing, Automated Testing for Desktop and Mobile application
• Good understanding of SDLC, Test Life Cycle, Defects Management and Verification related processes
• Have practical experience in using tools like Github, Sonar, Bugzilla, Test link, etc
• Experience in healthcare domain is preferred.

• Open to work with multisite teams across multiple time zones in shifts
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Details oriented, Quality conscious with ability to multitask
• Quick learner with ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance
• Good team player
• Willing to travel when necessary

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, MCA, M.Sc. Computer Science, IT, Bio Tech, Bio Informatics

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
