About Consumer Services: Consumer Services are responsible for the development and transformation of digital courseware and platforms that serve UK and International Primary and Secondary schools. The Role
The position is for a Quality Assurance Engineer to work on transformed AWS-hosted cloud solutions. We’d expect that you’ll have some prior relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer working with manual testing and automation tools, testing solutions that provide real benefit to users, and working in an Agile project delivery environment using Scrum or Kanban.

Job Location and Hours
All our roles are hybrid working; for this role that means visiting your base office no more than once a week with the possibility of occasional travel to other Pearson sites, however, candidates must be a suitable commute from their base office.
The role is aligned to our Bangalore or Chennai offices, working a 45 hour week, Monday to Friday 9 to 6 IST. As we regularly work with global teams, particularly in the UK and US, there may be the occasional need to accommodate meetings outside of core hours.
For this role there is a requirement to provide occasional out of hours support during business critical periods.
