Could you be the full-time Software Validation and Verification Manager in our dynamic team located in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your methodical and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure the safety and reliability of our software components by leading the validation and verification process. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (software development, safety & assurance), manage the configuration of validation and verification tools, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering comprehensive test procedures and reports, but also oversee the management of change requests in relation to test results.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring 100% coverage of TC&IS requirements by tests and on-time delivery of all Verification & Test deliverables
Applying continuous improvement management from previous projects to achieve zero missing REX
Maintaining a high level of application of standard methodologies and processes
Keeping anomalies and change requests raised on the train or test bench under 5% to ensure the quality of tests
Accountability for compliance with EHS rules, particularly regarding activities on the train and test bench
Management of the TC&IS validation and verification tools configuration

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Experience or understanding of software integration and validation phases, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Railway, Health, Defence, Aeronautical, or Automotive domains
Knowledge of validation methods such as boundary tests and equivalent class tests
Familiarity with validation tools (TestStand, model-based testing tools, etc.) and means (Test benches, simulators, etc.)
A certification in project or quality management
Proven ability to manage work packages for sub-contractors
Understanding of the Design For Quality (DFQ) cycle
Fluency in English
