The Cloud Security group within SBG focuses on developing cloud delivered security solutions (SaaS based) in a platform centric approach. This group is an autonomous group within the business group and operates like a Startup to champion innovation in a highly pioneering and high growth domain. What You’ll Do oProvide technical mentorship and expertise in cloud security, architecture, and standard practices to ensure robust and scalable solutions. oCollaborate with product managers to understand customer requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the team delivers solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. oContribute to the entire cloud software development lifecycle, from concept stage until delivery and post-launch support. oWork closely with multi-functional teams, including support, escalations team, operations, and other engineering teams, to resolve customer issues. oDesign, build, and operate continuous, reliable, and maintainable systems, with functional and integration-level test automation services. oDesign, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address system vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards. oAnalyze test results, identify issues, and work with the development team to facilitate fixes. oFix and resolve complex system-level stability or scalability issues. oMaintain code integrity and organization, ensuring the highest level of performance for both front-end and back-end code. Required Skills: oBachelor's degree (or above) in computer science or related field with 12+ years of overall software engineering experience. o5+ years of experience in technical leadership, managing and overseeing delivery of solution engineering. oExperience in developing and maintaining automation framework to handle complex use-cases oHighly skilled in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices Architecture and Event Driven Architecture. oCloud Native experience: Docker Containers, Kubernetes Orchestration, Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), o Your communication and presentation skills are exemplary, working in highly collaborative and multi-functional teams. oExperience with enterprise solutions like SSE and SASE. Desired Skills: oExperience of working and collaborating with geographically distributed teams. oHow agile are you? Do you speak Scrum, Kanban, etc?
