Your day to day
In our Scrum team, you’ll be an integral part of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and discussions, collaborating closely with your teammates to drive projects forward. You'll participate in code reviews, offering feedback and learning from others to continuously improve code quality. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll have the opportunity to absorb best practices, refine your skills, and contribute your ideas to enhance our platform. Each day, you’ll be balancing hands-on coding with collaboration, all while growing as a developer in a supportive and dynamic environment.
What do you need to bring
Strong Java Skills: 1-2 years of experience with Java, including Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
Java Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Java's runtime, memory structure, and garbage collection algorithms.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven experience in troubleshooting, memory analysis, and performance optimization.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a Scrum team, participate in discussions, and engage in code reviews.
Continuous Learning: Eagerness to explore new technologies, third-party libraries, and contribute to open-source projects.
