Software Engineer III - Java Full Stack

Job responsibilities

• Contributes actively to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Design scalable, secure and efficient software architectures
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to drive innovation and improve existing systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure architecture alignment with business goals
• Follow and promote Agile practices like SCRUM and TDD/BDD.
• Involve in troubleshooting issues across environments
• Lead design for your stories and develop software independently.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Keenness to prioritize user experience and resiliency of the platform as a developer
• Ability to work with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across regions
• Experience in Angular 16+, with exposure in building user interfaces with a great focus on user experience; be able to lead technical design and build outs independently.
• Experience in integrating UI components with micro-services
• Experience in any one RDBMS system
• Proficient in problem solving abilities and analytical thinking

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Familiarity with building and deploying applications using Kubernetes or AWS
