Within Azure Data, the databases team builds and maintains Microsoft's operational Database systems. We store and manage data in a structured way to enable multitude of applications across various industries. We are on a journey to enable developer friendly, mission-critical, AI enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational and OSS offerings.
Our team is responsible for mission critical functions such as High Availability, Scalability, Storage and Data Integrity for millions of databases. This is a great opportunity to learn and work on the internals of enterprise class relational database engines, solve hard problems, and build a highly scalable and reliable data service. You will be working in a diverse geographically distributed team environment where collaboration and innovation are valued.
