Our team’s goal is to enable reliable and performant experiences in Windows on a broad range of 1st and 3rd party devices from premium to the most basic. Driving increasing customer satisfaction is our primary focus and passion. Our team analyzes system wide performance (e.g., power, responsiveness, and footprint) and stability issues and fixes problems across team boundaries. We use our extensive telemetry and analytics system to understand both broad and high impact issues and build the tools and services that engineers across Windows use every day to pinpoint and fix tough bugs.
