About the Job:The Release Automation Team (RAT) team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in IPaaS to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. In this role, you will help manage the Workato platform and help development teams build their recipe(s). You will be part of an agile and globally distributed team responsible for building scalable solutions. What will you do?Work closely with product teams to gather information about integration use cases and develop a solution.Manage the Workato platform and offer standard services to be used by development teams for their operations/development. Partner with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and provide optimal solutions.Manage the platform with compliance as a top priority.What will you bring?Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Integrations.DevOps Understanding: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline setups is a plus.Experience with production release management and CI/CD pipelines.Relevant certifications include Workato Certification (preferred) or certifications from other integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).Cloud Familiarity: Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages for complex problem-solving and automation.Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.The following are considered as a plus:Familiarity with agile development methodologies and open-source project contributions.Strong understanding of database concepts with proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.Knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux Containers, or other containerization technologies is a plus.About Red HatRed Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterpriseopen source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
