Job Summary
As a part of our continued expansion, Targray requires the services of a Software Engineer, to join our Technology and Transformation team based at our India Office Gurgaon, Haryana.  
Responsibilities
 
  • Reporting to Engineering Manager – Dynamics CRM. The role will focus on Developing and implementing custom D365 and Power Platform solutions, including workflows, integrations, and automations.
  •   Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure code coverage and solution quality. 
  • Manage the deployment of D365 and Power Platform solutions from Dev to UAT and further to production environments.
  • Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
  • Responsible for working with minimum supervision on the assigned deliverables. 
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential improvements.
  • Provide technical and functional support to end users to help them adopt CRM for their business objectives.
  • Be proactive in active engagement to resolve issues, collaborate with rest of the development verticals to deliver the technology strategy defined by CIO.

Requirements
 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MCA, BTech.
  • The candidate for this role should have 3+ years in development and solid hands-on experience in MS Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
  • Should have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C# & JavaScript in developing applications on Microsoft .NET Technologies.
  • Deep knowledge on D365 CRM features and limitations, also knowledge on Dynamics CRM SDK is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge and exposure to Data Analytics using SSRS and Data Migration using SSIS, Utility Migration tool, Power Automate and XRM Toolbox plugins.
  • Should have strong hands-on experience in writing complex queries and business logic using SQL.
  • Should have extensive knowledge in MSQL database architecture.
  • Should have a strong knowledge of JavaScript programming. Experience in React JS will be a plus
  • Experience working in Azure Services like AAD, Function Apps, Resource Groups, Security Groups etc.
  • Worked in Agile delivery methodologies and familiar with agile ceremonies.
  • Should be a great team player ready to help/work with other team members.
  • Should be a highly motivated, disciplined, and collaborative person with open mindedness, problem solving and great time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.
  • Ready to work from office.
