Your Role and Responsibilities The IBM SSW business unit is seeking talented and motivated Software Developers to work as a Development (Engineering) Manager on the Maximo family of products. In this role, you will be the personnel manager for a 12-15 person team and responsible for building a culture of high performance trust, inclusively and fun. You’ll closely collaborate with the broader Development & Support team to manage delivery of our offering roadmap. It’s expected that you have enough relevant technical experience to provide guidance to your team and help unblock progress from both technical and managerial front. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how the industry leading Enterprise Asset life cycle management suite of products works and to learn from a large team of very talented engineers.
